Beyond the Gates announce 2021 dates

Friends around the globe, the dates for Beyond the Gates 2021 are finally here: The 10th edition will be a 5 day mammoth festival, kicking off Tuesday the 3rd of August, and finishing Saturday the 7th of August. We've managed to keep a large portion of the 2020 line-up intact, in addition to some very special surprises that will knock you sideways. More on that later All tickets for 2020 remain valid. If you are prevented from going and will need a refund, all ticket holders will receive a mail from Ticketmaster within the next couple of days. 

The first band announcements will start next week! 

TICKET INFO - this is how it works 

Our biggest wish is that you hold on to your tickets. By doing so you will help us go through a difficult period in one piece and secure the future of the festival. 

1. Benefits holding on to your tickets 
- All VIP and balcony upgrades will remain intact. If you've won a merch voucher during the pre-sale, these will still be valid. 
- When the refund period is over, we’ll make a draw of an additional 20 merch vouchers worth Euro 50 for our guests holding on to their tickets. 
- You will secure the tickets for the 2020 price; prices might increase later when new tickets go on sale. 

2. Day tickets/upgrades 
- If you have a ticket for Friday this year, your day ticket automatically becomes valid for Friday 2021. If you wish to change your Friday ticket to a Saturday ticket for 2021, this is doable. When the full line-up for 2021 is announced, around the 20th of August this year, there will be a window from August 24th to September 24th where you can swap your day tickets at no extra cost. 

- If you wish to convert your 4 day festival pass into a full 5 day pass, we can offer you a discounted upgrade for NOK 300,- This offer expires on the 21st of August (full upgrade price is NOK 500). If you have an Early Bird pass bought at the festival, please get in touch with the festival directly via the Facebook-page. 

3. Ticket refunds 
Ticketmaster will send all ticket holders an e-mail with instructions on how to start the refund process. If you have an Early Bird pass bought at the festival, please get in touch with the festival directly via the Facebook-page. 

Please note that it can take up to 60 days before the refund is complete due to the substantial number of cancelled events. All ticket refunds have to be processed manually. The deadline for applying for refunds is July 3rd.
